SHIPPING:
Shipping costs are weight-based according to zip code and in some instances on package size. I will use the shipping method which provides the lowest rate for you.

I can ship USPS, FedEx Home, or UPS. With USPS costs increasing as of January 4, 2010, FedEx Home shipping is often more economical than shipping USPS Priority or Parcel. I prefer to ship smaller items USPS Priority since it is less likely the package will be damage during shipping. Packages shipped USPS Parcel require extra processing time since I am unable to print postage and mail the package directly from home.

I will combine shipping costs for multiple items. Special package pricing is available for multiple item purchases. Contact me for additional information.

All items are shipped with delivery confirmation. This is required to protect both buyer and seller. I do not charge for this service.

My shipping costs do not include a shipping and handling fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Don't ask.

ABOUT THE ITEMS:
Many of the items sold are vintage collectibles (many 20+ years old) and are in very good to excellent condition considering the item-age . I have all of these items in my own home and am not ashamed to have them on dsplay or to use them. If you have any questions or concerns about an item ASK before you buy and PLEASE read the entire description. Additional photos are always available.

PAYMENT:
I accept PayPal or Google Checkout payments. If you need help with either payment method, please email me for further information. I will accept personal checks, but your check must clear my bank before the item is shipped.

Your transaction is secure through your payment via PayPal or Google Checkout. These payment methods are preferred and your item is shipped promptly.

RETURNS:
Items must be returned within SEVEN (7) days of receipt of the item. You must contact me prior to the return.

REFUNDS:
In rare instances, it may be necessary to issue a refund. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are not refundable. I will consider offering a price adjustment in lieu of a full refund. I will work with you to make you a happy customer.
