You need to email me and explain the reason you want to return the item.

Your item description says the item has flaws. Can you send more photos?
More photos are always available. In fact, I can supply you with a URL where you can view a slideshow of the item. Just email me.

What shipping methods are available?
I can ship using any method you would like. Typically I ship USPS priority . Although it is more expensive than parcel it is safer for more fragile items because priority items are shipped with smaller parcels. I will gladly ship parcel if that is your preference, but you need to let me know before you complete the purchas so the shipping costs can be adjusted. I will ship flat rate when possible if that is less expensive than prity. Just indicate your preference when you contact me about your purchase.

What is a Delivery Confirmation?
A delivery confirmation is your way of knowing that I have shipped the item and my way of knowing when you have received the item.

Do you refund shipping costs when a refund is necessary?
I do not refund shipping costs. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

There is a problem with my purchase but I don't want to return it, will you make an adjustment to my purchase price?
If I have misdescribed the item (failed to notice a chip, for example) I will consider issuing a small price adjustment. You will need to send a photo documenting the reason for your dissatisfaction. I will work with you to resolve your concerns.

Will you consider taking a personal check?
If you want to pay by personal check, you must email me BEFORE you purchase the item.
top^
What payment methods do you accept?
Google Checkout and PayPal are accepted at Repeat Boutique. I use these methods because they offer the greatest protection for both the buyer and the seller.

What do I do if I have a problem at check out?
If you have a problem with check out, send me an email and I will send you an invoice.
top^
Do you collect my personal information?
I do not gather any personal information about you. Your information at checkout is used only for shipping confirmation. You will never be spammed.

How do I pay with Paypal at Checkout?
Ecrater recommends Google Checkout and provides a pay with Google button but does not include a Paypal button. After you have added an item to your cart and you are ready to pay, just click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT and you will be given the pay with Paypal option at that point.

Do you sell chipped and cracked glassware?
I do not sell cracked glassware. If an item has a flaw of any time that is visible, or if I can feel it, I will describe it in the item description. Sometimes an item is so hard to find and the chip is so minor that I will list it, but the price will be discounted. I do not sell cracked glassware --not even with a hairline crack, since even a hairline crack can progress to a FULL crack during shipment.

Can I trust the accuracy of your glassware identifications?
I am not an expert on glassware however, I rely on collectors books, forums, and other sources to help me identify the glassware I sell. Each item is carefully researched before it is listed. Of course, it is possible to misidentify an item, but if I do make such an error and you are unhappy with your purchase, just let me know and I will give you instructions for returning the item for a refund.

Will you ship internationally?
If you are willing to pay all charges associated with international shipping, (including delivery confirmation and insurance) I am willing to ship to you. Contact me before adding the item to the cart and paying since all costs shown include shipping costs to the US only.
You must be PAYPAL verified unless you are paying with a credit card or I will not ship to you.

You have a lot of Otagiri items - Who was Otagiri?
Otagiri was a distributor for top quality porcelain products made in Japan. The company was located in San Francisco and marketed its products for 46 years. The items were handcrafted and handpainted. These items were distributed to high end department stores and gift shops. The company was purchased by Enesco in 1994. Many items are still available through estate sales and auctions. The items listed in this store are in excellent condition and only rare items with minor flaws are listed and the flaws are described so you can be the ultimate judge. Most of the Otagiri items listed were made between 1970 and 1990.
